Friday, April 25 - 4 to 7 p.m. -
Church Fish Fry: Our first fish fry of the year is being sponsored by
the congregation, directed by Dawn Crum. We are looking for sponsors to
offset the cost. If you can help with a donation or services, contact Linda in the Church
Office at 362-3726 or Cindy in the School Office at 362-6692.
We will also need pies for dessert. Anyone wishing to donate pies should
have them at the school gymnasium by 4 p.m. the day of the fish fry. Please
call Annette Williams with any questions. Thank you in advance
for your support!
Tickets are available in both offices: $8.00 for
adults and $5.00 for children under 12. Proceeds will be divided between the
Church Door Fund and Roof Repair Fund.
Friday, May 9 - 6 PM - 12 Midnight - School LILY Event at the
Silver Palace
This year's theme is “Spring Fling,” and tickets are available now at
the church, school and bookkeepers offices and are $25 each. In addition to
auction items, this year, door awards will be awarded throughout the
evening. Please help us support our school and have a fun evening out!
We have a continuing need of volunteers for our Thrift Shop. Our
shifts are from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday
through Saturday. If you could spare as little as 3 hours per month, or 6 if
you’re willing, we would certainly appreciate your help. It can be an
interesting time to be out and meeting other people, and at the same time of
great benefit to our congregation. Please give it some serious
consideration! Call Arlene Hacker if you are willing to help. We’ll be so
happy to have you join us.
